Expert Bathtub Refinishing
At TubFusioN, we bring a unique level of expertise to bathtub refinishing, using a proven system that ensures stunning, long-lasting results. Our refinishing process is built on three core pillars: our highly trained technicians, meticulous preparation, and the use of only the highest-grade coatings available. Each of our technicians is carefully selected and background-checked, ensuring that they are not only skilled but also dedicated to the craft of refinishing. We never use subcontractors; instead, we employ passionate professionals who take pride in their work. From multi-family properties and hotels to single-family homes, TubFusioN delivers superior, durable finishes that transform and refresh any bathroom space.
Our Bathtub Resurfacing Process
Our two-day premium process is designed to create a finish that tightly adheres to the tub, ensuring durability and longevity. On day one, we begin by installing fume exhaust equipment, removing caulking, and stripping any previous finish if applicable. The surface is then etched, wet sanded, and thoroughly dried, with the bathroom carefully masked off for protection. We apply our exclusive TubFusioN coating, 3 times thicker than traditional refinishing systems, low odor, isocyanate free, 2x harder and higher gloss than any other finish.
On day two, the tub surface is wet sanded and polished, creating a lasting shine by sealing microscopic pores. Finally, we recaulk, and remove the masking, leaving your tub with a flawless, beautiful finish ready for use.
Our Process
When it comes to refinishing, our surface preparation is unmatched, and we use only the highest-grade finishes available. Unlike many competitors who merely glue coatings in place, called bonding agents, we employ advanced abrasives, etching agents, and a molecular bonding process to create surfaces that are both permanent and stunning. From transforming outdated bathrooms in residential homes to providing durable refinishing solutions for multi-unit properties, we use a proven process that is affordable and reliable. Each project reflects our commitment to long-lasting beauty and functionality, using top-grade materials and innovative techniques to ensure that every refinished surface meets our high standards.
